These bowls have been formed out of 1/4" thick steel polished with a wire brush and coated with
tremclad clear. When polished steel is gradually heated a spectrum of colors appears on the metal which
changes as the heat increases from 400 - 650 degrees Farenheit. These are called oxidation colors. This
how I got the top two bowls to turn bronze. The tricky part is heating them evenly.
